About Us

GASP was started in the spring of 1999 by graduate students in the Department of Physics to organize events and act as a resource for its members. At present, the association has 38 members and is recognized by the Carleton Graduate Students' Association (GSA). Social events organized by our members are primarily supported by our fundraising efforts, except for joint events with the Physics Department.
